  • Bombardier Learjet Employees Club use of personal information that you may submit to Bombardier Learjet Employees Club through this Web site is governed by the Bombardier Learjet Employees Club Privacy Policy. Your email address may be used to provide notices relating to new items and special offers. Your contact information will not be shared with any third party except to provide you with shipping notifications.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Bombardier Learjet Employees Club ships merchandise to locations within the United States and many other countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All orders ship from Wichita, Kansas via FedEx, except for orders where you select the United States Postal Service. You’ll receive an email with the tracking information when your items are processed for shipping. Items shipped via USPS may have limited tracking information. Most orders received before 1:00PM CDT will ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or US holidays will ship on the next business day. Once an item is processing for shipping it cannot be cancelled (you will receive an email confirming your order cancellation if you are able to cancel it before shipping). FedEx does not delivery to PO Boxes. If you do not have a street address please call to see if we deliver your order using another method.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bombardier Learjet Employees Club is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax
  • Bombardier Learjet Employees Club charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    Orders delivered within Kansas or collected at the store will be charged the sales tax rate associated with delivery zip code.



  • Return Policy
  • Most items in new/unworn condition returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items that are missing their packaging/tags, have damaged packaging/tags, have been washed or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

    Refunds

    Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:

    • Credit/Debit Card Purchases (including purchasing cards): Refund will be issued back to the card that was used for the original purchase.
    • PayPal Purchases: Refund will be issued back to the PayPal account that was used for the original purchase.
    • Discounted items: Refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any discount (you must have the receipt with the discount shown or invoice #).

    Refunds/Exchange Exceptions

    Refunds and exchanges without a receipt or invoice # are limited. Other restrictions apply as specified below:

    • Items damaged during shipping that are not reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
    • Items that are reported as undelivered, lost, stolen, etc. when you requested that the delivery signature be waived.
    • In store purchases made at the physical stores on the Wichita campus will be handled using that store’s return policy.

    Refunds/Exchange Process 

    • Call us at (316) 946-2394 and say you need to return or exchange items from an online order. Please have you invoice # handy or your email address.
      • If you are due a refund we will refund your PayPal account. If a difference is due we will send you a bill via PayPal.
      • If you need to return an item to us because of something that we got wrong with your order we will email you a prepaid FedEx label. For other types of return you will responsible for the shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid FedEx label and charge you the FedEx Express Saver rate, if you are due a refund we will deduct the shipping cost from the return value.
        • We are not responsible for items that lost or damaged when you return to us.
      • In-person returns/exchanges:
        • If you are BA employee and have access the Wichita campus we may be able to accept your return/exchange in-person. In-person returns must be requested in advance by phone and may require 24 hours’ notice and can only be processed at our location in Building 4. Refunds for in-person returns will be made in the same form as the original payment.
        • If you are not a BA employee and do not have access the Wichita campus you will not be granted access. Instead call us to initiate the return/exchange.

  • We are open 9AM to 5PM CDT (GMT -6) Monday to Friday.

  • Pricing Policy

    Unlike our physical stores, our online store is not able to offer member discounts on online orders.

    Employee Club Members Not Based in Wichita

    If you are a member of the Employees Club and pay membership dues via your paycheck for the Employees Club in Wichita, but you are based away from Wichita we will be happy to take your order over the phone and provide you with member pricing. Please note the items you are interested in and call us at (316) 946-2394.  Or you can order online and use the “Print and Call” option as the online payment method. Orders placed will be shipped to the address provided. This is a special service for our members who are unable to visit our physical stores because they work in a different state and it not intended for Wichita employees who are unable to visit the store due to temporary assignment to other sites.

    Employee Club Members Working Shifts

    If you are a member of the Employees Club and cannot visit the store because your shift does not overlap with store hours we will be happy to take your order over the phone and provide you with member pricing. Please note the items you are interested in and call us at (316) 946-2394.  Or you can order online and use the “Print and Call” option as the online payment method. Orders placed will be shipped to the address provided. This is a special service for our members are unable to visit our physical stores because they work a different shift. You can designate a co-worker to collect your order from our location in Building 4. If you chose to use this method you must provide us with the name and employee number of the person that will collect your order.

    Store Pick-up for Visitors

    If you will be visiting the Wichita campus and want to collect your order during your visit we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Please note the items you are interested in and call us at (316) 946-2394.  Or you can order online and use the “Store Pickup”. We recommend placing your order 7 days before your visit. Please let us know when you plan to collect your order.

    Ordering Information

    When you order from us your order confirmation will be sent from sales@learjetemployeestore.com.

    Emails from PayPal regarding your order will typically include “Bombardier Aerospace Employees Club” in the message subject or body.

    If your PayPal account is funded from your bank account or from a credit card you might see the transaction listed as “PAYPAL *BAEC 4029357733 CA” on your statement.

    Verification of Orders

    Any order that we receive is subject to verification. Certain orders may be automatically flagged for verification prior to the order being processed; these includes orders where the originating IP address is in a different country from the billing or shipping address, orders which use email address associated with repeated order cancellations.
